Usage Guidelines Policy

This Usage Guidelines Policy (UGP) is an integral part of the Agreement between a Customer and Dovetailed Technology Ltd ("Dovetech"), governing the Customer's use of Dovetech’s services. The following usage limits ensure the smooth operation of Dovetech's service infrastructure. If a Customer does not agree with these guidelines, they should refrain from using the Service.

Service Usage Limits

Dovetech sets usage limits to ensure the efficient operation of its services. If a Customer exceeds their plan’s usage limits, Dovetech reserves the right to suspend the services until additional credits are purchased or the Customer upgrades to a higher plan. To avoid service interruption, Customers should proactively monitor their usage and upgrade their plans if necessary.

Payment Policy and Subscription Termination

Customers are required to maintain an active and valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, Dovetech will notify the Customer and attempt to process the payment again. Dovetech will make up to 8 attempts to process the payment over a two-week period. If payment continues to fail after these attempts, the subscription will be cancelled.

Customers can reactivate their subscriptions by updating their payment information through the Dashboard and settling any outstanding fees.

Project Limits

Customers are subject to the following project limits by default:

  • Number of Projects: 10

General Provisions

In the event of service suspension or termination due to exceeding usage limits or missed payments, Dovetech will allow Customers to restore services by purchasing additional credits, upgrading their plan, or reactivating their subscription.

Customers are encouraged to manage their usage and payment methods proactively to avoid service disruptions.
